We had a takeaway this evening, it was ready on time, great portion sizes and all the food we ordered was delicious will definitely be returning

Food very nice, meal booked for 8pm, main course dishes cleared before everyone was finished, no one asked if food ok or offered further drinks or coffee, just given bill, they seemed on a mission to be cleaned up and gone by 10!

We are on holiday in Richmond from Manchester. Thought we’d treat ourselves to a takeaway curry and glad we picked this restaurant! Super convenient online ordering system, very friendly staff but, most importantly, wonderful food! Highly recommended.

Visited with my husband, 10 June 2023. Restaurant is clean and airy and beautifully presented. Staff friendly and attentive and the food was top notch. Good portion sizes and delicious, fresh ingredients. Don’t miss the chance to try the spicy mango chutney!

I’m a veggie and whatever I’ve had has never been less than excellent. My partner highly rates the King Prawn dishes, as a guide for those who are avoiding meat (although I’m told that’s very good too!) Long term customer, mainly take-away, these folks deserve our support especially in these difficult times

Had our first takeaway tonight from here since opening during lockdown – gave you 5* for fantastic food, chicken madras, chicken pathia, both delicious, best we’ve had in a long time. Delivery excellent, great value for money – will definitely be ordering from here again.

Amontola is a superb Indian restaurant. Both the food & service are extremely good. The staff are very efficient and friendly and the surroundings are very nice. Prices are reasonable too.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to for fantastic food and value for money. Extremely clean, simple and the food is delicious. Always a good sign if you can’t get a table.
